James Hong, Project Director
James began his market research career in Korea, where he handled a wide
variety of quantitative and qualitative projects measuring consumer usage, attitudes,
and responses to new products and packaging in the Korean market. He
worked largely on accounts with leading international providers of packaged
goods and fast food restaurants. In 2005, James returned to the US and
joined Synovate's Financial Services Practice, where he focused on quantitative
studies for financial institutions and their affiliates.
Currently as a project director for Market Dynamics, James
oversees quantitative and qualitative project execution – from survey design
and development, data collection, analysis, report-writing and final
presentation. He brings technical and market research industry expertise
as well as a strong academic background in the social sciences to project
management and data analysis.
James is a graduate of Bowdoin College
and Princeton Theological Seminary.
