Dial testing is an advanced technology used to test the effectiveness of television advertisements. Participants use a hand-held device to give instantaneous, unbiased feedback to television advertisements on a moment-to-moment basis.   


Dial testing is ideal for:

  • Discovering how well consumers understand, or are interested in what they are observing 
  • Identifying the weak parts that bore or confuse an audience
  • Identifying the strong segments that interest or engage an audience 

Using dial-testing results, our researchers work with clients to improve the effectiveness of their television advertisements.
